Our range of different meat cures will suit your various curing needs. Kwikurit Maple & Kwikurit Gold Star Meat Cures are COMPLETE - simply add the correct amount of cure to fresh water and pump into your ham and bacon. All other cures are mixed with a brine solution to form a standard cure mix.
